If my customer is not home, when will Ninja Van redeliver?

If your customer is not at the delivery location, our delivery staff will attempt to call the customer to discuss information.


If the customer does not respond, the driver will update the delivery as unsuccessful once and the system will automatically re-deliver the order on the next business day.


Ninja Van supports a maximum of 3 unsuccessful deliveries before returning the product to the seller.
